Just a couple things I wanted to share. Remember when I went to Fitbloggin in May? Well, at that time, Anne P taped a few of us for an Stonyfield video explaining how we use Oikos yogurt. I think it’s worth a watch, especially if you wonder what I sound like in person. Watching the video, I realized just how much I talk with my hands! People tell me this all the time – maybe because of my signing ability? I don’t even notice it anymore.

My friend posted this link on Facebook to an article called Possibly the Most Beautiful Ad for Marriage Equality We’ve Seen. The video is embedded below and it gives me chills. I wish they could run this ad everywhere, like the Superbowl, for instance. To my married readers, just pretend for a second that you weren’t allowed to get married? Wouldn’t that suck?
Please post this link anywhere and everywhere you can. It’s important. Marriage is a human right.

This weekend was comfortable, hectic, and fun, but I’m sad that it’s over. I hope this week goes by quickly! Luckily, I have some fun plans to get me through the week… They involve lots of yoga, sushi, wine, and friends. Oh and maybe some Karaoke thrown in there for good measure. I’ve also thought a lot about my fitness goals and different events I’d like to participate in come 2012 (I can’t believe 2011 is slipping away!).
