Hellooo,
I am blogging at you, live, from a Sea of Tissues (Puffs Plus Lotion, to be exact). Aka, I’m sick as a dog and there are tissues everywhere I look. This weekend was so busy and a weekend I was really looking forward to. We didn’t change any plans based on me feeling down in the dumps, so I have a lot to report. Here are some highlights, and you can expect a more detailed post on Tuesday (with Todd guest posting!).
1. Friday – Saturday
Todd and I went to Michigan for him to run the North Country Half Marathon. It was his first “official” half even though he has run many 13.1 distances before. He’s basically a bad ass. He will report on this race tomorrow as a guest blogger… whaaat?…
P.S. I basically love him at least 120% more than I did before.
2. Wedding Reception
Todd’s friend Chuck got married last week, in Boston. We tried to make it, but because of Todd’s work schedule, we weren’t able to! Lucky for us, they also planned an Ohio reception! It was awesome!
3. SLURPEE
Yes, I felt that I should highlight the fact that I drank a Slurpee today. Hey, I’m sick and can do what I want! It was my most favorite mixture of coke and cherry. Because, it makes cherry coke (I’m a GENIUS). I really feel that La Croix needs to make slurpees. Just some water with natural flavoring… yes? I love Slurpee’s but can’t stand the sugar! That’s why I only have them like once a year.
Look for a more detailed post on Tuesday. Hopefully by then I’ll be able to have a conversation without sneezing in your face.

This is a weird thing to comment on… but I am such a Kleenex Lotion girl. The idea of using puffs plus lotion makes my nose itch. Isn’t it weird the things you get used to?
