Two Little Things

in Deep Thoughts

Two little things I’m thankful for this week:

My mom’s pumpkin seeds

I don’t know how she does it, my mom makes the best pumpkin seeds ever and they are the best Halloween treat. She makes me an annual batch.

Thrift store trips

On Sunday, Nidhi and I ended up at a thrift store and had so many laughs over the ridiculous things we found (like in this picture). I love that she and I can do whatever and still have a good time.

What are some little things you are thankful for this week?

Ahhahaha! A bodysuit! I haven’t seen one or thought about one in a very very long time. I had a few back in the day. When I was in 6th grade, they were all over the place.

Also I love pumpkin seeds too!

I’m thankful for access to food-fresh food, frozen food, restaurant food…all of the above! Attended th CLE Foodbank Annual Meeting last night and it was overwhelming how many people don’t have access to basic needs RIGHT IN OUR OWN BACKYARD! Makes you seriously stop for a minute, count your blessings, and gives you motivation to stand up for those who don’t have a voice!

I have literally never had delicious pumpkin seeds. Every time I try to make them, they’re dry & disgusting!
