Today.
Today, after I hit “publish” I’m going to walk into my bedroom, find my running gear, put it on, and walk out the door.
Today, instead of making excuses, I’m going to start my running program to get me to being able to run a 10K again.
Today, I will not use the excuse that I have to finish a report or work prior to my run.
Today, I will hit “publish” and follow through.
Today, is the day I will begin to feel better about myself.
Today, I will feel the runners high again.
Today, I will stop longingly looking at other athletic people and actually become one.
Today, I will stop with the excuses.
Today, I will enjoy my run.

The hardest part is starting and sticking with it through the 2 weeks of soreness. Just get out the door and it will only get easier

OMG YOU ARE BRILLIANT. He does run! He’s one of those people that can wake up and run a half marathon without training. He basically is superman. Is Gavin running too? I MISS YOU GUYS!

Are you doing the Cleveland Marathon 10K? I just signed up for that … and need to actually start training for it. Eek. Let me know if you ever want to do some runs. (I’m a slooooow runner.)
